Provide a refundable deposit and valid identification to staff.

Important Information

Demo Service Terms

01 Security Deposit

To get you on court with the right racquets, we secure a refundable deposit of $100–$200 (depending on the racquet model and number borrowed).

All we need is a valid credit card and a current driver's licence.

The deposit covers as a base for the racquet/s borrowed in the unlikely event of loss or damage.

02 Racquet Loan Period

Borrow up to three racquets at a time and keep them for a full seven days.

That's enough time to test them across different sessions, surfaces, and match conditions — not just a quick hit, but a genuine trial.

The fee is a flat $20 per racquet for the week.

03 Demo Fee Credit

Here's where it gets even better: 50% of every demo fee is credited toward the purchase price if you decide to buy.

Demo three racquets at $20 each, and $30 comes straight off the price of whichever one you choose.

You have two months from your last demo date to redeem the credit — no pressure, no rush.

04 Late Return Fees

Life gets busy — we get it.

But to keep the demo library available for everyone, a late fee of $10 per racquet per day applies after the seven-day loan period.

Late fees are non-redeemable and non- refundable, so please set a reminder and get them back on time.

05 Condition on Return

Play hard — that's what the racquet is for. But please return it in the same condition you received it.

Normal court wear is expected; however, any damage beyond normal use — including cracking, frame breakage, or tampering with labels and grommets — will result in a charge for the full retail price of the racquet.

06 Failure to Return

If demo racquets are not returned, the full retail price of each borrowed racquet will be charged to your card, along with any applicable late fees.

07 Agreement to Terms

By borrowing a racquet through our Demo Service, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
